2. Service description
The Chats Me is an omnichannel customer engagement platform that lets you manage conversations and automate replies across multiple channels, including integrations with WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook Messenger.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Do not send spam, abusive or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Comply with the policies of any third-party platforms you connect.
5. Third-party platforms and Meta
Use of Meta integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Facebook Login) is subject to Meta's terms and policies. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from your own customers and for complying with the rules applicable to each channel.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, software, trademarks and content of The Chats Me are protected by intellectual property rights. No license is granted beyond what is needed to use the service under these terms.
7. Plans and payments
Subscription terms, prices and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, amounts exclude applicable taxes.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Chats Me is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. After termination, our retention and data deletion rules apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
